Policies
I understand that things do come up last minute and I will always try my best to accommodate my clients. However, these policies are in place for my business to run smoothly and in the best interest of all my clients.

Cancellations
Any cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the time of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50%
Lateness
If you arrive late for your appointment, and there is not enough time before my next client to do your nails, I will have to reschedule you and the appointment will still have to be paid
No-shows
Should you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount, which will need to be paid before you book another appointment.
